Phra Phuttha Maha Mani Rattana Patimakorn or the Emerald Buddha is a sacred Buddha image of Thailand. It is currently enshrined in Wat Phra Sri Rattana Satsadaram (or Wat Phra Kaew) in the Grand Palace. The Emerald Buddha has long been considered a treasured Buddha image in Thailand. It can be compared to the representative of the Lord Buddha.
