About Luang Pu Sila Sirichanto. Luang Pu Sila Sirichanto (Phra Ratchawacharathammasophon) was born on October 14, 1945, in Surin Province. His original name was Sila Nilchan. He is a revered monk from the Northeastern region, renowned for his profound insight and virtuous conduct. He was ordained as a novice at the age of 12 and later became a monk.

After studying Buddhist scriptures and passing the sixth level of the Buddhist scripture examination, he went on a pilgrimage and retreat, learning Vipassana meditation from several gurus and studying palm-leaf manuscripts of the Somdej Lun tradition. He is currently the abbot of Wat Phra That Muen Hin in Kalasin Province. Birthplace: Born on October 14, 1945, in Rattanaburi District. Surin Province, originally named Sila Nilchan, later moved to Roi Et Province at the age of 6.

Ordination: As a novice in 1957 at Wat That Prathap, Roi Et Province. Ordination: In 1966 at Wat Burapha Phiram, Roi Et Province, under the Mahanikaya sect. Passed the highest level of the Naktham examination and the sixth level of the Pali examination. Studying Vipassana and Laotian Dhamma script, including palm-leaf manuscripts from Somdej Lun's tradition in Lao PDR.

After completing his studies in Buddhist scriptures, he went on a pilgrimage. He went into seclusion in several provinces, such as Udon Thani, Nong Khai, and Chaiyaphum. In 1974, he went on a forest pilgrimage to Khao Kwai in Laos. Since 2007, he has been in seclusion at the Ban Kae Pae Buddhist Park in Kalasin Province. He also participated in Buddhist consecration ceremonies at various temples throughout the northeastern region, at the request of his disciples.

Ecclesiastical Title: On June 30, 2023, he was graciously bestowed the title of "Phra Ratcha Wacharatham Sophon" by His Majesty the King. Luang Pu Sila Sirichanto is renowned for his magical knowledge, compassion, and insight, revered by disciples nationwide. He has also created many amulets, which have gained popularity and respect.
