Absolutely incredible Phra Chai bucha. Bucha statue measures 13 3/4. It weighs 5lbs and 1oz. You can put on Phra Ngan alter. Real Autthaya soil, you can see natural oxidation on bottom from being exposed to air (oxygen) for decades, this process has given the metal a classic greenish patina. As for the gold foils. The gold foils are real 14k gold. Amount of time it took was more than 6hrs.

The gold foils are tested with 14k gold authenticity acid test. Please note: it'll take about a year before the gold foils bind (gilt) to the bronze. You should not handle the bucha with your hand.

In fact, the only time you should touch it is if you have to move it, if you need to touch the bucha, use wax paper to grab it. The issue is the oil on hands. After a year or so the gold foils will bind completely to the statue and you can then handle as much as you want, if you wish. I will absolutely take additional pictures upon request.
